    Hannah was subbing but she was incredible! She have such amazing direction, offered so many options and ways to grade up or down, and truly cared and focused on proper body mechanics and alignment which I appreciated. I loved all the interesting animal poses we did- and she got me closer than I ever have to mastering crow pose! I highly recommend taking her class!

    Linda was such a great & skilled instructor to work with. She shows you all the moves prior and gives clear instructions so we never felt lost during the class when we transition from the skill work area to the boxing bag area. We went through a lot of rounds where we learned a full combo, did some conditioning, ab work, & stretches in the 1 hour class. We got a good sweat in and felt sore the next day.

    Fit w/ H.I.I.T. - Full Body

    This was such a tough class. People in class seemed to be at all levels. At one point I wasn’t sure I could make it, but the instructor was so encouraging and fun! You will feel like you really accomplished something after this class and sure does beat boring cardio. I burned almost 500 calories in 45 minutes. Will definitely be back.

    Well organized and a lot of fun! The workout passed by really quickly and was challenging. The instructions for each station were clear and the instructor went around giving everyone pointers, which I appreciated. It doesnt hurt that its right next to a brewery ;)

    Group Class BADLANDS BOXING

    We typically go to Rumble Boxing which is more like a cardio/strength workout. Badlands is our first real boxing class which was very different and required us to relearn a few things using proper form. Although this class is only 45 minutes, we felt like it was much longer because of how much more challenging it was and the different type of circuits we did. We started off with cardio & a bit of stretching for the warmup then learned the 3 first punches and feet movement. We practiced a lot of fundamentals before we put on our gloves and started testing our combos on the bag. During the bag session, we also had to go outside to run to the corner of the street and back twice. After that, we ended the session with abs. We used an ab roller which was the hardest part of the class. We were both exhausted and were sore for days afterwards but saw the most & quickest results. The instructor who if I remember correctly is named Mark. He's really cool, down-to-earth, patient, & encouraging so take his class!
