    Q & A Boxing

This place is a little older and more worn in, definitely not one of these new beat oriented boutique studios. Its big and bright and everyone is going to he able to see you and watch your form. Spent most of the class with Jay. She was really encouraging and positive and made sure everyone had a good grasp of the basics. Everyone is really welcoming and accommodating of all skill levels.

    Feel Good Friday

Wonderful first experience! I went on a Friday which is one of their strength days with a challenge at the end. The first lower body strength section will feel quite doable if you’re a frequent Pilates goer. The circuit challenge at the end killed me! Will be back for sure.

    The STRENGTH Program

The instructor was friendly and it was a small class setting. The workout I attended was full body strength, focused on form. I feel I got a good workout and I felt supported.
