    Rachelle is a great instructor and offers hands on correction and feedback during class which is especially important post-partum. The timing doesn’t always work out for me to attend the class due to my baby’s nap schedule but I am always so happy when I am able to make it.

    EIGHT-COUNT CLASS

    Great class. A mix of individual and partner bag work and floor exercises. Alley way appears more sketchy than it actually is when you walk in but the studio itself is really nice. Spacious bathrooms to shower and get ready in the morning. Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly. Great for all levels.

    This place is a little older and more worn in, definitely not one of these new beat oriented boutique studios. Its big and bright and everyone is going to he able to see you and watch your form. Spent most of the class with Jay. She was really encouraging and positive and made sure everyone had a good grasp of the basics. Everyone is really welcoming and accommodating of all skill levels.

    Great class, always a big fan of Liana. I always appreciate her attention to form. My only gripe is that sometimes during certain exercises you end up standing around watching another classmate improve their form or take their turn for too long. I wish Liana would offer simple exercises to do for the in between waiting time so you felt like you were getting a full work out.
