    Great class if you want something very slow with minimal sweat. The instructor is very encouraging and gives hands on adjustments that really help you to improve you form and deepen your stretch. Facilities are beautiful and clean!

    So fun!! I work out a lot so I questioned whether this class would be sufficiently challenging, and it was! Great mix of cardio and strength training. The instructor was very enthusiastic, prepared, and knowledgeable. My only suggestions would be more ab work and possibly hands-on corrections during the barre sections (to make the positions more effective for those new to barre). I will definitely be back, and with friends!

    Bar Method

    I hadn't tried Bar Method yet because of the reviews about them calling people out. I'm sad now that I let that deter me! In my opinion, the calling corrections to individuals by name is incredibly helpful to make sure you have the correct form to avoid injury and maximize your workout. Since I was new she called my name A TON, but that's okay because I didn't know the proper form. Every correction made me feel the exercise more intensely, which is great! I assume if I continue going to class I will learn the proper form, and my name will be called less. I highly advise going because I believe if you're going to spend the time and money doing something, you should do it right. But that's just me... Overall, great workout!!
