Super strong masseuse, and because you keep you clothes on they do some stretching which is great. I got the 90min foot and back massage, it was mostly a body massage with about 30 min on the feet. I came out feeling incredible and can’t wait to go back. Make sure to wear soft and flexible clothing. I took off my shirt but kept my sports bra and pants on, they used lotion on my back and arms. Felt super comfortable the whole time.
