    Great class as usual Ian! Loved the variation of biceps work that left my arms dead, and for the first time I looked forward to running on the treads. To other group class boutique studio goers: Have some etiquette like not be on your phones to text/scrolling social media while class is going on and come for class on time or switch to the later one.

    Totally chill and no judgement vibe where everyone gets to practice according to their individual level. Ames is very patient, motivating and goes around to to correct alignment and challenges each one accordingly.Great flow of class.     I had a great time in this class. I have used ClassPass for over a year now and this was by far one of the best-paced classes I have been to. Many Flow classes tend to cram in too many asanas just to satisfy kiasu folks, or they jump straight into a cool-looking Asana for swag points. So I was pleasantly surprised to find an instructor like Deepa who had the right balance of pace, challenge and sequencing. She also instructed in a clear and simple way, focusing on bringing us into the right body alignment for every asana. Again, very few other instructors get this right in Singapore.
