What an amazing class! The instructor was amazing & there was another instructor attending as a part of the crowd which helped me since it was my first time back in yoga after quite a while. So I really had to watch those around me when I wasn’t able to keep my eye on the instructor. I loved this!!! Hope to sign back up again. The class size was also perfect.

Great instructor! However, the structure of the class is very speedy and kind of loses emphasis on correct form. I wish there were different levels to the HIIT classes so anyone at different fitness levels can participate.

My first time attending. It was a beautiful ambiance, lovely setting and Vanush made music with real instruments. All felt so soothing and authentic. The pace is very fast, so beginners may struggle. But overall a truly wonderful experience.

    POWER: Advanced (Heated 75)

I thought it was a reasonably experienced yoga participant ( 3-4/mo. Around a year and a half ) but now I think not, I need to step up my yoga game. I almost died in this class lol. Lots of really good yoga moves I had not done before and Carter was awesome about pushing everyone a little bit more and helping where it was needed. Super motivating super calm voice when instructing. It is a smaller studio (1 bathroom) but I totally awesome vibe , they have two yoga room Definitely going back.!! Location tip, the minute you walk up the stairs it is the first door to the right to go into the studio if you keep going straight, it’s an entirely different place.

Bretton’s energy was everything. Although the class was rigorous at times he was a phenomenal instructor, motivating the entire crowd. To the point where we would recite back chants. Never experienced that before! Thanks for making the class so fun, Bretton!
