    Best dance class at jam box. Obi creates such a fun and encouraging atmosphere for class. There have been other dance classes at jambox that feel like the teachers only encourage people who regularly come and ive felt judged when I’m not getting it fully correct. But obi just has fun and it lets everyone else let loose and have fun while having a good workout

    Madison was a great coach. It’s been a while since I’ve done CrossFit and she was extremely helpful with watching my form and I didn’t judge my baby weights haha. If you like very small class sizes (2-3 ppl) go to the 10am class. For larger classes try the morning or evening. Will be back!
