see all reviewsI truly think this was the best workout class I’ve ever taken!! Anna was amazing. She was energetic, encouraging, and kind! She also explained each move very well so even though this was my first class I was able to follow along. Empower was a GREAT workout. Like HIIT and barre combined. The class was fun and challenging - my muscles were definitely worked and I sweated a lot! Also the studio was nice and clean. I will definitely be back for another of Anna’s classes. Highly recommend!
