The sauna cabins are set up where you can do chroma therapy (red light) and have a tv with all the streaming apps. see all reviewsGreat experience, the muscle builder fat burner is comparable to the regular emsculpt (not neo, which has radiofrequency and is more effective). I had lost half an inch off my waist circumference between the beginning and the end of the session. The only difference I noticed from the regular emsculpt is that the programming is a bit different from the emsculpt, I don't know if that would affect results though because the intensity felt similar. I was told they'd be getting a machine that also offers radiofrequency in January, which should be comparable to the emsculpt neo, hopefully that will be offered on classpass as well. You should follow the full emsculpt protocol here of 4 sessions spaced at least 2 days apart for full results. as the previous reviewer mentioned, you should call to confirm your appointment because classpass doesn't sync their schedule.
