    Yoga Sculpt (Full Body)

Mara is absolutely wonderful! She was welcoming, friendly and kind. Her class was tough, but in the best way where you leave knowing you got a good workout in. Was sweating and felt great after! I highly recommend the full body sculpt and her as an instructor.

    BURN [BARRE] - In Studio

I’ve been to a ton of barre studios in Denver and it’s rare to find a studio that delivers a challenging barre class. I feel most of them try too hard to be “different” and in the process you lose the effectiveness of the workout. This class was a super effective, traditional barre workout and left me shaking and in misery the way a barre class should. Lol. I think I will actually be sore tomorrow. Definitely plan to return!

    Static Pole L1

Lauren was amazing! This was my first class and she was instructive, supportive, helpful, and complimentary! I wasn’t sure what to expect walking in but the girls girl atmosphere here is top notch!! I had so much fun and will definitely be back. Truly anyone can enjoy this class. They say yoga mat required for pole 1 (I think bc of the floor work and it being hard on your knees) but a towel, yoga blanket, or extra layer like a sweatshirt help support the knees too! I’d bring a pair of heels that are comfy to you bc otherwise you’ll be on your tiptoes for the pole skills portion (like me)

Beats, Bass and Breath: EDM Yoga Dance Flow *

Super fun class!! Tara is amazing! The flow was great and it was easy to follow along even for beginners. The studio has also a great vibe with art on the walls, black lights and a relaxing dim atmosphere. Different variety of music as well which allows for little dance breaks in between poses. Will definitely be back!
