What I didn’t enjoy that I had been booking a specific class with Cassandra and it’s been already 2 times that I had the lesson with other instructor. There is a need to notify us that there was a change of the instructor as so I would prefer to book another class and spend my credits on others activities that I enjoy since I’m going to burnbabe for this particular instructor.

see all reviewsIch gehe nun seit zwei Monaten regelmäßig zu Soulclub, und Charlene ist für mich – über alle Pilatesstudios hinweg – die beste Trainerin. Neben ihrer großen fachlichen Expertise (z. B. korrekte Pilates-Atmung, halswirbelsäulenschonende Haltung und saubere Ausführung der Übungen) möchte ich besonders ihre außergewöhnlich klare und angenehme Kommunikation hervorheben. Sie erklärt die Übungen so präzise, dass man sich voll und ganz auf das Training konzentrieren kann, ohne ständig aufschauen zu müssen. Gleichzeitig motiviert sie sehr, ohne Druck aufzubauen, und gibt einem den Raum, auch mal eine Pause zu machen, wenn man nicht bei 100 % ist. Besonders positiv fällt mir auch ihre körperfreundliche Sprache auf (z. B. „hüftschmal“ statt „hüftbreit“). Das mag für manche nebensächlich sein, aber ich nehme das jedes Mal bewusst und sehr wertschätzend wahr. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch die gemütlichen Räumlichkeiten und ein faires Preismodell, das sich angenehm von vielen anderen Studios abhebt.
