You never feel pressured to hit choreography perfectly but there is always room for challenge if you are willing to push yourself. Her music is great as well. Offers modifications and makes you feel comfortable taking them or going at your own pace. Is very engaged during class: asks how everyone is doing, walks around and helps people. Great energy and music. And most importantly, the workout is great - always challenging, different in each class, so you won't get bored if you come every week.

see all reviewsGot my heart rate up and sweating within minutes. I really like the 20/20/20 sessions: cycling in different speed zones to TRX ropes and finishing off with yoga. This was easily my favorite class to try so far except they make you take pictures for membership.
