Striker Fitness
see all reviewsThis is a new gym. The space was nice, somewhat small, but big enough for the small group we had for class. A few things that were different from other boxing gyms: you had to take your shoes and socks off for the matted area around the bags for the first half of the workout, warm up started with weighted jump ropes which was a good challenge but really hurt your toes when you accidentally hit your feet (maybe this part should be done in the other gym area to avoid this issue), and we weren’t really given time to put on wraps. Overall it was a good workout with a mix of bag work, pad work, body weight exercises, and a weight circuit. I’d recommend trying it out.
