    This class had ALL the good vibes! It pushes you, while also making you feel comfortable to go at your own pace. The instructor Deirdre was AMAZING. She was warm and welcoming! She helped me get my bike set up and explained everything to me. During the class, she has a great, fun personality and again pumps you up to try your hardest to get a good workout in, but also doesn’t make you feel out of your element. Good music, and friendly people! I will be back :)

    Surpassed my expectations for a 6 am class. Haley is a phenomenal instructor who knows what she's doing and knows how to hype up the rise and ride. We did so much in 45 minutes! I'm a cycle instructor as well so I'm picky haha. Thank you, and I will be back soon and very soon!!

    Open Gym

    The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. There is a wide variety of equipment to choose from— it’s worth taking time to explore!! This gym seems well-loved by the people who go there, and it’s very tidy. I was originally planning to come for a Thursday morning swim but am glad that didn’t end up being my plan— the pool is open 11am-6:30pm M-Th, 11-2 on Friday, and 8am-1pm on Saturday.
