It was a gradual build though that had me shaking without even realizing it. Jules was amazing at helping correct me so it felt like I was actually doing the routine correctly and effectively.

There’s ample parking, cubbies for personal items, water station, props… and KC’s sequence of deep stretches accompanied by cozy infrared heat and a sound bath was the definition of restorative. Although I would say the blocks are very flimsy and suggest getting sturdier blocks as they barely provide any support and feel like your hand is gonna slide off of it or like it’ll tip over and could cause an injury. I was pleasantly surprised by the temperature of the room that it wasn’t too hot, just the right temperature. I liked that they had showers. They only validate one of the parking garages ( not the one by Trader Joe’s). And the front desk woman was very friendly and welcoming

I’ve been struggling with the recent loss of my cat and wanted to try a guided healing practice. We walked to the top, did breath work, chakra cleansing, and a crystal triangle soundbath where I really felt connected to my beloved kitty. After this experience, I feel lighter and more at peace. Thanks to Nancy for the kindness, education (she is full of knowledge!), and beautiful afternoon. Definitely recommend this for something a bit different! Very cool classpass offering.
