This was a traditional Pilates style class (not megaformer or super contemporary), but I still felt the burn in various muscle groups, and was challenged with balance and flexibility. I’ve taken hundreds of Pilates classes and that combination, of challenging but also restorative and feeling good for my body, is hard to find. Danielle is excellent!!!

see all reviewsAs someone completely new to pilates, I had a wonderful experience here! For me, the beginning mat & reformer class was a great intro and had a good pace to it. My only note is that it’s beneficial to have some yoga experience, but not necessary. The instructor was patient and supportive, and the class size was small. It was also super easy to get to with nearby bus, train, and metro bike stops.
