see all reviewsRikk is a very nice and supportive professional instructor! You enter, changing rooms on left side, cubbies (they lock the front door), studio in the back, and bathrooms on the right. Temperature was great, not too hot or intense, and everyone kept to themselves. This was my first time at Rikk’s studio and being in the Marina for a workout class. I would definitely come back!

see all reviewsThis was the most rewarding massage I’ve ever had. Sandra is a true artist when it comes to her work. She is attentive, and thoughtful with her approach, and intuitive when it comes to pain points and areas that need more attention. I’ve had neck pain and back pain for years as the result of a poor desk posture, and poorer cycling posture. After my session, I was fully able to drop down my shoulders, and open up my pectoral muscles. As a result, my posture has become more natural, resulting in a noticeable decrease in neck pain. Another unexpected result was an increase in my cycling/workout endurance. Also, better sleep and less stress. I had no idea that my pain and muscle knots were causing me so many problems! Even more, after the session Sandra showed me multiple stretches and shared video resources that have proven to be very helpful. I’ve booked additional sessions with Sandra and will continue seeing her.
