Slow Flow
see all reviewsI really like this studio and Sophia is great! But there is a bit of a culture of having your phones next to you in classes here, which I don’t really support in a yoga/meditation studio. This is a space to switch off and detach yourself from tech. There are little lockers with keys in reception where people can lock them away, I think they should be encouraged to be used more!

see all reviewsLove this class - and all the evening classes at Jubilee. It’s a great gym, no cliques or high pressure environment; just good classes in a supportive gym. The fitness team do rotate shifts so it won’t always be the same instructor, but I’d absolutely vouch for Daniel, Ricardo and Joe any day. All of their classes are thorough and all three are energetic and good motivators!
