see all reviewsReally liked the class structure a mix of cardio machines and dumbell exercises so not endless burpees or plyos that you sometimes get at other hiit classes in London. Loved the upper body focus. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming, huge changing rooms with sauna. Gym space is well kitted out. A great addition to the London gym scene and not as snobby as some west end gyms ! A hidden gem!
