    KICKBOXING

It was my first time going to this gym. Manny was super friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed the variety of cardio and boxing. It was cool to go into the ring for some one on one practice. I’ll definitely go back!

Everyone was so kind, helpful and welcoming! Ravi and Ariel got me set up and helped me feel more prepared going into my first ever boxing class. They both were so patient and their instructions were clear and useful. Mike was also such a wonderful, encouraging, and effective instructor!!

I’m a total noob—never done kickboxing in my life. Ron introduced himself at the front desk while I waited for class to start. I went at 11am and there were 2 other people so it was intimidating but by the end I was glad to get more 1:1 time. Shawn started class with teaching all the movements we’d be using. Class structure went: shadow boxing to warm ups, hitting the bag, pad work, bit of weight lifting and core, then more pad work. I left the class really grateful cuz it turned out I really enjoying kicking!! Can’t wait to go back and bring some friends. Thanks Oka Kickboxing!

Coach was very active in correcting form. Class was fast paced but manageable. Might not be the best for someone first starting out but if you have a bit of experience you’ll enjoy it

Loved the ability to work at my own pace! The trainer was amazing!! He helped me work on my form and padwork skills. I liked that they add in weighted dumbbell and kettlebell exercises in addition to boxing drills.
