Reformer - Level 1
see all reviewsThis was my first ever reformer class. Narissa was friendly, patient, and helpful. The class was small, so we got great one-on-one adjustments. I felt safe. It was definitely a good workout! Hopefully I’ll be returning :)

see all reviewsJessica is so welcoming and easy to talk to/follow. She made sure to check each students movements so that they had correct posture etc. She’s very cognizant of how each student is doing and gives personalized adjustments as class goes on. I love how she gives each student the materials (like the ball or ring) and cleaning bottle/cloth at the end of class instead of making each student grab it themselves - obviously this is something we can do on our own, but she’s so sweet for doing it for us.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed Hunter’s class. I think Aline is really good about having small classes and instructors that focus on form and precise cueing. Glad to see the advanced tower class back on Sundays. I hope to become a regular

see all reviewsI took a cycling class with John. I really enjoyed the class. I thought there was good energy and I haven’t taken a spin class for a while, but it was easy to get into the groove of it.
