see all reviewsI think the instructor was really engaging and did an awesome job of making me feel welcome. While this is definitely not my kind of workout class, I was comfortable and had some fun during it. The facility was very clean and has an array of amenities. HUGE plus for that! The only thing that really turned me off was the pressure to sign up for monthly classes. I haven’t experienced that yet at any of the studios I have gone to, though they weren’t “gym style” studios so that could be the difference. Otherwise, I will drop in here and there for a class with my bestie but it wasn’t my jam.

see all reviewsI LOVED THIS CLASS! It was my first time and at times I thought I was lost but the instructor, Bella, was very attentive and made sure I was doing every movement correctly. I got a great stretch and left feeling accomplished. I look forward to coming back soon! TY for welcoming me :)
