    HIIT The Deck Boxing Training Camp

    Hands down one of the best boxing gyms in the city, and with the phenomenal instructor/coach Danni! The class was not only a thorough cardio workout but taught me new boxing combinations and (most importantly) how to block. Danni leads the class with skill and excitement. Although I am not very coordinated, I did not feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed, Danni took the time to work with each person in the session at their pace while simultaneously keeping the class challenging and upbeat. Lastly, I enjoyed the gym’s environment — it was legitimate and welcoming.
