see all reviewsHARDEST fitness class I’ve taken. Sydney might actually be crazy. We did nonstop pushups, jumping jacks, squats, duck walks, mountain climbers, burpees, you name it! I would not recommend for a beginner but if you’re more advanced or incredibly fit you would probably enjoy it more than I did. Sydney is lovely and so is the person at the front desk but I’m not sure I would come again as that was a bit tough for me as a beginner boxer.
