    Rumble Boxing

Ryan kicked my ass! Hardest rumble class I’ve been to but it was great. The only complaint is that it would be helpful if Ryan took a little more time going over the floor exercises before we start them. Too quick of a transition sometimes!

    Flow Yoga

Flow with Mikee is fantastic! I’ve been doing yoga for years & have gone to dozens of studios in NY & BK. He’s a true gem! Highly recommend. My only critic is the studio itself... I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.

    Gym Time

This crunch was in much better condition than your average crunch. If not brand new it was definitely recently renovated. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door. The locker room lockers require a padlock but there are lockers right outside the locker room with keypad locks. Good array of equipment and everything was clean.

I’m so glad I came back to this spot. It’s definitely more my speed aka slower for learning. All the instructors and staff are so chill and friendly. They play really good hip hop. Check it out. And do fundamentals if you aren’t comfortable in a more advanced class.

HIIT The Deck Boxing Training Camp

This gym is great! I was the only one in class so rather than cancel, like other boxing gyms have done to me in the past, I basically got a one on one training session. Danielle is great- pushed me to do better and be stronger but also very encouraging.

    AK Boxing Group Session (60min)

From the glitzy to the nitty gritty boxing studio, this was my favorite boxing class as of yet. Whether you are beginner or advanced, Antoine will offer you technical guidance. Small clean studio, great music, and excellent instruction.

Loooooooooove Maurice, he spent some extra time after class doing some ab work in addition to the circuit we did during class. I was miserable of course but worth it! As always, emphasis on footwork to make sure our punches fly true. Worth skipping/getting in trouble for missing work every time!!

This is a no-frills studio in a basement that is unlike other boxing gyms. There is no street signage for the studio so it was a bit hard to find. We started with a cardio intensive workout involving 5 rounds of stair running, then drills up and down the hallway before starting on the actual boxing. They provide wraps and gloves for free. Would highly recommend.

Alex was great! The whole class was very technique heavy, with actually 1/3 of the time being instructions. But when youre moving its intense, so I was still sore after! A good class for a beginner too!

    Boxing Bootcamp

Was happy to be back after a long break! I took many boxing classes in various studios and I must say it’s rare that the instructors are as attentive to technique and form as at Trifecta. Wish we did more varying boxing combinations but most of the class was new to boxing so it’s understandable. No matter what you’ll still break a sweat if you put all the work into it and the instructors are very motivating.
