    Revelatory! Been doing pure barrre for a while and this is a great complement to add some HIIT. Very hard and I would have liked a few more corrections as it was my first time but I will definitely be back. My limbs feel like jello and Im already sore.

    Flow Yoga

    Flow with Mikee is fantastic! I’ve been doing yoga for years & have gone to dozens of studios in NY & BK. He’s a true gem! Highly recommend. My only critic is the studio itself... I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.
