    Kelly is a great instructor, super motivating and high energy. The tread part is a killer. Warnings: the workout is intense, definitely not recommended for people new to fitness. Not much demonstrations on the moves, or modifications. Everyone seems to know the sequence of the moves, and no real hands-on corrections on the forms. So if are not confident on your forms, this is not the place to start.

    I thought it was a good workout and I thought Jennifer was a good teahcer. You definitely want to be done with the machine after 30 minutes, but still worked up quite a sweat. You can push it as hard as you want and take breaks when you need to and there is no pressure. It's about 7 songs of a workout plus 5 minutes if stretching at the end. The machine keeps track of time so you know where you are at. I think I would come back when I want to mix it up.

    Great facility and great class! Small class and two coaches were there to show moves. Although the space was kinda awkward, part of it is higher than the other part. Ryan was very attentive to forms and encouraging while Mike was more like your typical high energy coach
