see all reviewsBest handstand class I have attended so far! Lucy explained everything so clearly and was great at suggesting alternative approaches that were more suitable for me (e.g. gymnast kick up). The result was getting into handstand easily on my own! I was then able to work on the micro movements in the fingers to balance away from the wall. Such a great sense of achievement and some real ‘light bulb’ moments! Thank you so much Lucy!

see all reviewsI booked a 30 min session of acupuncture as I had a very stiff neck. Kerry was lovely. We first discussed the symptoms, and then she placed the needle. Right is the tightest point, I could feel the tension melting. She also did an amazing deep tissue massage. The massage was painful as all deep tissue massage, so maybe no ideal if you just want to relax. I could immediately feel the benefit, and the day after my neck is already much better. Thabk you.
