see all reviewsI liked how helpful and encouraging everyone were. The challenge level is upon you to set by choosing the right weights for yourself. My body is a lil sore the next day after the session but in a good way, not in a painful way. Would suggest to get there early to set up for the class.

see all reviewsYou get what you pay for, it’s a very small gym with a bit of everything. Ended up just doing cardio because the weight section was quite limited. My bad though, I didn’t know this belong to the kings college and is catered for students- which makes total sense giving they charge less than half the credits other gyms are charging on classpass

Krav Maga - London Bridge
see all reviewsExcellent class and instructor. It gives you an intense workout that keeps you focused and takes your stress away. It is also highly educational and actually teaches you something about self-defense. Most importantly, Andrew also does it in a way that the class is inclusive for a beginner like me. I’d recommend it!
