    A fun low impact workout with a very friendly class environment. All of the staff from the front desk to Giulia was welcoming. I have an injury and I still felt like I was getting a good workout from the water resistance without being aggravating. A nice one to add to the mix - just be prepared you might very well be the youngest in the room!
