    Great boxing class as usual. Ive only gone to Megans Saturday classes before and I like those a little better because I feel like it focuses on the boxing more... however, Im super sore today so I think this class was definitely tougher! Always a good workout with a great playlist, and Megan is a very welcoming instructor.

    Ballet Basics

    Donna is a wonderful teacher. She really breaks down the basics without making you feel stupid for not knowing what things are and still makes the class fun. It can be intimidating going to try something new and she seems to truly understand what that means for the adults that come to her class. I always leave uplifted and looking forward to the next class.
