    Awesome class! Great total body workout, fun moves and I really appreciated Torin's countdowns on the treadmill. I always dread the treadmill work, but he pushed us just hard enough and made it bearable. His countdowns allowed me to go harder all the way rather than cheat myself and bring down the speed partway through.

    Rachelle is a great instructor and offers hands on correction and feedback during class which is especially important post-partum. The timing doesn’t always work out for me to attend the class due to my baby’s nap schedule but I am always so happy when I am able to make it.
