    Steve is the absolute best instructor. You can count on him for a high energy and fun class. He tailors the moves to how many new comers there are but it is still challenging enough for someone like me who has been going for a year. I really recommend his class (especially if you like Kpop, jpop, anime, pop). I had a great time and I am sooo tired (in a good way).

    Nora’s instructions are very clear and easy to follow. She also takes the time to walk around and fix ppl’s postures (but you can opt out if you don’t feel comfortable!). I love her classes because you can tell she really cares and is passionate about the practice.

    Really enjoyed the overall programming that had a nice mix of mostly strength and high intensity. Reggie offered nice personalized coaching even in a group setting environment. The iPads used to read the programming would screen lock often so if they could increase the auto-lock to never or a longer time it would prevent us from having to unlock the iPads in between sets. Looking forward to coming back and trying out more classes in the future!

    Susan is a great instructor! Gives lots of feedback and her classes are tough! Today at the studio they were promoting Shakeology which I found was quite uncomfortable. I go to classes to maintain my health--I don't want to be sold a supplement that has no place in a healthy diet. Awkward :/
