Aaron was the best! This was my first time taking a boxing class. I feel like a learned a lot and Aaron was great at correcting form and offering advice. He knew just how much to push us while being super encouraging. Awesome workout!

    INDOOR - Foundation HIIT

Fun class. Super loud. Not kidding. I keep a pair of earplugs in my bag for concerts, and I had to put those in my ears. Definitely a party vibe. Worked my but off, tho. Getting swole at the club lol

Hannah was subbing but she was incredible! She have such amazing direction, offered so many options and ways to grade up or down, and truly cared and focused on proper body mechanics and alignment which I appreciated. I loved all the interesting animal poses we did- and she got me closer than I ever have to mastering crow pose! I highly recommend taking her class!

Great instructor with well-paced and well-demonstrated explanations. Provided suggestions on how to reduce or increase difficulty and how to do things better very seamlessly. I thought that this would be a class that teaches you how to use machines but this is a class that teaches you about using free weights and about body weight exercises.

    BOXING

Well organized and a lot of fun! The workout passed by really quickly and was challenging. The instructions for each station were clear and the instructor went around giving everyone pointers, which I appreciated. It doesnt hurt that its right next to a brewery ;)

Amanda was an excellent instructor. She provided individual feedback and modifications for everyone in the class - which was particularly impressive on the day I was there because folks entered in three different waves over a 10-15 minute period and it was everyone’s first time at the studio. The playlist was fire. I loved that the class was small and that we got to do even more with the hammock than I anticipated (e.g. inversions and the mermaid). The class was a great for total body strength training with a particular emphasis on the upper body. A couple of notes for accessing the space: 1) Factor in a little extra time to have the person at the front desk of the building jot down your ID info. 2) Take the first elevator on the left down to the basement. 3) You’ll walk down a couple of hallways and take three turns to get to the studio. It’s in the middle of the back edge of the basement.
