    The Feel Good Classic | Mid Morning

    Great class, welcoming environment. It's been a long time since I worked out but I was able to adjust the exercises I found harder. Very welcoming environment, not intimidating at all. Highly recommend if it's been a while and you're a little nervous about getting back into exercise.

    I loved this class. Tevis’s programming, focus on form, and general enthusiasm was super motivating and created a welcoming environment. I’m not from Vancouver but will def be back the next time I’m in town. Recommend!
