This FF was cleaner, no visible pipes in studio class. I was offered a towel and showed around premises without having to ask. I really enjoyed the instructor and vibe of the class. Would definitely come back again!

I loved this class so much! It was really well structured - including warm up + cool-down. We worked on boxing technique, using bags and pads with partners. There was also HIIT style cardio integrated throughout the class which was great. The instructor was wonderful, really clear instructing and encouraging!

Ophelie is such a fab instructor. She made everyone feel really comfortable and is super fun. Her routine was really creative and I felt empowered, while also getting a great workout. Highly recommend!

Great workout. Instructor doesnt leave enough time for warm down, though is often a rush at the end, as many people need to leave to get to work.

    TaeKwonDo

Great class! Although most of the class aren’t beginners, the instructor Jon is very welcoming and the more senior students are friendly and very helpful. The class goes for two hours, first hour is stretching and conditioning and the second hour is going through kicks and combinations. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to give taekwondo a go!
