Amazing class! Great mix of cardio and strength training. The class was well paced and each movement demonstrated by the instructor. He was very positive, fun and gave personal feedback. Playlist was 🔥!

Kettlebell Kickboxing Ass & Abs HIIT

Awesome class and beautiful facility, made me feel like a total badass. The instructor helped me with my form a bunch as I was the only newbie in the class. She could have had a little more energy, as it's a really hardcore class but overall great experience and I can't wait to come back!!!! Don't forget a towel (oops)

David’s very informative about his practice. His calm teaching style makes for a relaxing class. I’ve to practice the bow and arrow and owl poses!
