Q & A Boxing
see all reviewsThis place is a little older and more worn in, definitely not one of these new beat oriented boutique studios. Its big and bright and everyone is going to he able to see you and watch your form. Spent most of the class with Jay. She was really encouraging and positive and made sure everyone had a good grasp of the basics. Everyone is really welcoming and accommodating of all skill levels.

see all reviewsSteve is the absolute best instructor. You can count on him for a high energy and fun class. He tailors the moves to how many new comers there are but it is still challenging enough for someone like me who has been going for a year. I really recommend his class (especially if you like Kpop, jpop, anime, pop). I had a great time and I am sooo tired (in a good way).

Boxing Fundamentals
see all reviewsMy first time trying a boxing class, and it definitely won’t be my last. The studio is a bit hard to find, and entrance is at the back alley (which can be a bit scary in Chinatown/Gastown area). Once I went in, I love the vibe already. It’s a bit dim with cool and old decor, groovy music, which reminds me of a speakeasy pub. Laurie was very helpful with the hand wrap. It’s a pretty small class with 7 people, the instructor Jordan is so friendly, patient, gives clear instructions, and come over to each student to provide us more instruction/ demonstration. It’s a fun and welcoming environment, I will definitely come back for more!
