    Phew! What a workout! I usually find barre classes a bit boring since they all follow the same format, and to be fair, Physique 57 does too. But what it does differently is the intensity and frequency of changes in positions so you’re getting a good workout but not dying either. Would recommend!

    Excellent class. Clean and well equipped studio. Barre is perfect for low impact strengthening. I didn’t produce a droplet of sweat yet I am sore all over. Excellent core, glute, and hip strengthening sets. Cassie is upbeat in an authentic way. She actually went around asking if anyone has injuries which other studios don’t always do. This studio has restored my faith in group workout classes.

    Fun class & a good workout! not a traditional ballet class, the music is especially lovely - Swan lake for August! The combinations are more involved and interesting than a typical beginning ballet class, without the pressure of getting every move right. Kara was very kind, gave helpful descriptions, and was really encouraging. I'll be back!

    The class was so fun, doing exercises that were all within reach no matter what fitness level. There was an added bonus of fun brain teasers, learning new steps during each block of exercise because the movements were layered on.
