see all reviewsI had the mattress in the ground and it was fine, I scooted up so my nose was hanging off the bed and I wasn't face down like some people... this was a full body, front back, crown of head to toes, good pressure, rubbing with unscented oil, little lady with knees along my spine back. I think if you have pain, this might not be good, but if you have tension and want to be loose, this is a good option. The masseuse checked in throughout to see if it was okay. Would recommend
