see all reviewsI don’t often do a cold plunge, but I really enjoyed this! I stayed in for 30-40 seconds. Three cycles was perfect. Eastend is so pleasant. (Really good playlist!) There were only 3 other people around while I was there. It was really peaceful. Shout out to the staff member Morgan who was really helpful and approachable.

see all reviewsWonderful first IRL sauna experience in this studio. Emily at the front desk was sweet and welcoming, gave me a tour and clear instructions. The private sauna room already has towels, the tv with Netflix was a plus, and the eucalyptus towel was refreshing! Not having to use the shower (only for members) was not a big deal for me at all as I live nearby. I think it gave me congestion relief from allergy. Maybe a small stool would be helpful to put our feet up while sitting, i guess (no biggie!). Overall, this is a great addition to my weekly or monthly routine. Will be back!

I was able to keep it at the lower temperature and stay in the whole time since it had been a bit since I used a sauna. I will definitely be back for this relaxing experience thanks to the personable staff who walked me through how to utilize everything.

see all reviewsNice staff, clean facilities. It’s just one standalone dry heat sauna in the women’s locker room of a small business Pilates studio. It’s super straight forward. They have free towel service too. If you book a session super last minute like I did (I literally booked it 10 mins in advance) they probably won’t see it before you get there so they’re very flexible about giving you more time in the sauna since it does require a lot of time to heat up, so that was really nice of them. This sauna isn’t a red light therapy sauna, FYI.

I was told it would be 15-20 min which ended up being an hour after my scheduled time. I had to cut my hour massage to 30min and have to come back for my other half. I wish I was given something else for my troubles especially because the other office in my company is down the street so it would have been nice to use one another as a referral source. All that said, it was probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten in my life
