INA SCULPT 80-90 Degrees
see all reviewsAly continues to be one of the best instructors in Chicago. If you get a chance to take her class, run don’t walk. Her ability to build a fun, butt-kicking hybrid of yoga flow and sculpt with weights? Perfect every time. You leave with a big calorie burn while feeling stronger than before. And she leaves time for proper cooldown which so many teachers don’t remember to do. Not to mention, Ina’s cold cloths with lavender and lemon infused in them that Aly places on your forehead while in shavasana is the chef’s kiss. I’ll be back again next week. I’m hooked.

see all reviewsMimeki was such a great instructor. Music was fire too. Ritual Yin is a stretching class in a heated dark studio. You hold various poses versus the flow of the traditional classes. I love it and it’s very easy to modify if you need. Welcoming atmosphere.

see all reviewsShanna was amazing. I haven’t taken a yoga class in a while and wanted to ease back into it while also taking some time to ground myself and relax from the busy day to day responsibilities, and I was able to do just that with Shanna’s class today. She was very attentive to everyone’s goals and led a productive session. I’m glad I came across this studio!
