There were a few instructions that were slightly confusing but I think she did a good job of correcting the explanation if she realized people weren’t getting it. Great energy and called everyone out by name when they were doing something well!

The bike monitors are slow to show when you change your resistance which they warned me about me about class started, but was a little cumbersome during the ride.
