Monica’s guidance helped me to focus on the present moment and connect with my breath, making the session both physically and mentally invigorating. The studio was a safe and calm space, with dim lighting and peaceful music that created a serene environment. Monica also took the time to make sure that everyone felt comfortable and confident in their movements, making adjustments as needed to ensure that everyone was practicing safely. Thank you!
