Yoga Open
see all reviewsGreat instructor - friendly, welcoming, great way of instructing, brought in new ways of moving and connecting, and use of breath. I particularly loved introduction to today’s practice - offering an invitation to approach each asana through new perspectives and lenses, exploring attachment and non-attachment, and connecting to yoga philosophy. I left class and the centre with a smile and my body felt happy :) Thank you and I look forward to attending again!

see all reviewsGreat class from Jen. Her style is to take a pose and to hold it for several minutes, so the class is slower, less dynamic and fewer poses than some, but boy do you feel it when you’re in a challenging pose for 5 mins !
