    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    This class is HARD! Great workout, but when I got there the instructor told me they shouldn’t even allow first timers to take this class. Still had a great time though the abs/ arms portion was so short it didn’t feel worth it, I would have preferred to use those last 10 minutes for additional cardio.

    Great HIIT class. The atmosphere is awesome. Small group only about 6 people in the one I took. This class is a great introduction to HIIT because it’s not too difficult and it’s a full body workout. Bryn provided lots of encouragement and modifications. Highly recommend!

    Loved this class. Teacher had great energy. The music was awesome. The choreography for both the dance and boxing portions were great. My only feedback is that I feel the instructor should give more equal attention to all students. I felt like he played favorites a bit when he gave feedback. But besides that, I had a blast and this is my favorite class!

    Rohan is incredible! The was my first class with him. Sad that others won't be able to find him on Class Pass because the studio is not livestreaming via CP anymore. Great cardio workout, your thighs will scream (and get so strong if you keep this up), great cool down, fantastic energy. I'm sure I'll make it to more of their livestream classes eventually, one way or another. I'm new to Doonya and this was a great experience.

    Not sure why the reviews are saying it’s as hard as signature... it’s not. It’s a simplified dance workout which works for people who don’t know the current signature dance. The instructor was nice and helpful, if you need a break from signature or need a refresher on dancebody, try it out.
