This class was awesome. I can already feel my thighs and butt burning. I hadn’t been back to the studio in a long time so it was nice to see they had expanded their space so the workouts aren’t on top of each other **you need to bring your own mat**

    Hustle 50

This class is intense. It’s a circuit HIT class. We rotated through 4 stations with 6 min at each station. It was at your own pace which was nice but the last two stations you were working with a partner so didn’t want to slow each other down. I guess each day has a different focus, it was Wednesday so we worked arms mainly.

    Slow Restorative Flow

If you’re looking for a deep stretch to reset your body for more intense workouts this is definitely the class for you! Slow and intentional this class allows you to work deep into tight muscles. Location was a little hard to find (but I also hate driving downtown) but completely worth it and I will be back!
