She made sure to come by while I was on each upper body station and check on me and offer any modifications needed.

see all reviewsThe ending of the class was fun, but the majority of the class is the instructor talking… they also overfill the classes, there was only three poles that were able to be used for the class and I think there was 12 people in the class I was in. If you’re looking for a work out, this is not it. My watch counted a total of 20 minutes of actual work out during the hour and a half class time. The teacher just kept trying to sell people on doing class packages.
