I loved her style of teaching; you can tell she became a yoga teacher to serve and promote spiritual, emotional, and physical healing. I will be coming back every Saturday. <3

I loved that she emphasizes feeling safe and trusting in one’s body as the main focus of her class. What an amazing, trauma-informed class and instructor.
